Heliopsis scabra A most unusual heliopsis that sports variegated foliage featuring patterned bright green veins etched against a white background. Masses of bright yellow daisy-like flowers with darker centers stand above the foliage to complete its arresting display. Bushy plant grows slowly the first year to 15–18" but continues up to 4' in subsequent seasons. Donna’s first bloom was July 12, 2012, from an April 8 start. It was still flowering in October. Perennial, Zones 4-9. ~230 seeds/g. ⑤
