Black Kabouli Garbanzo Bean - Organic

(105 days dry) Open-pollinated. A cool-weather crop cultured like peas, garbanzos originated in Afghanistan. Black Kabouli was developed at Washington State University to be tolerant of cold soils and light frosts. 2' plants with ornamental bicolor pink-purple flowers bear abundant two-seeded pods resembling beach peas with black medium-sized beans. Can be eaten fresh, steamed like edamame, or used as a dry bean. BACK!
