Highly flavorful large firm deep red cherry resembles Bing. Flowers almost a week later than other sweet cherries, potentially missing late frosts. Like many sweet cherries, it’s difficult to know how it will perform in much of northern New England; nonetheless we’re excited to trial it in microclimates and warmer locations.
Less susceptible to cracking than other varieties. Vigorous upright and spreading growth. Self-pollinating. We can’t promise hardiness, but if you think you have a good spot for a sweet cherry, it might be worth a shot. Keep us posted! PPA. Z5. (Standard: 2½-6' bare-root trees)
