Selected from the USDA collection in Geneva, NY, by John Bunker in 2015 and has been growing well at Super Chilly Farm in Palermo ever since. Small round golden-yellow fruit with a pink blush and abundant blackish-russet dots. Fruit stays firm through mid-November and presses into high-quality aromatic juice. Slightly bitter, mildly sweet, fragrant and floral with almost no acidity. Suitable for a single varietal cider. (SG 1.080, Brix 19)
