Adirondack Red

Adirondack Red organic

red skin, pinkish flesh These rubies will have your cast iron glistening. Intense bright skin, moist firm flesh that’s rich in antioxidants, refuting those who knock potatoes’ nutritive qualities. Positive feedback from Stonecipher Farm was flattering but, alas, unprintable.

Released by Cornell in 2008 to restore vigor to the red fresh potato scene and qualified as “heirlooms-to-be” by Gourmet.

Resists skinning, scab, hollow heart, internal defects and growth cracks. Available as organic and conventional seed.

This item will ship on our regular shipping schedule, starting in early April with the warmest hardiness zones. We cannot ship this item any earlier; we regret that we cannot honor any requests to do so.
