Keuka Gold
Keuka Gold buff skin, light yellow flesh After its release from Cornell in 2004, these large oblong flat tasty tubers gained immediate popularity, especially with seed growers in upstate New York and New England. In 2009, the New York Times featured Keuka, implying its dethroning of the modern potato pop star Yukon Gold. Shows resistance to scab and golden nematode. Susceptible to rhizoctonia. Conventional seed only.
