Repeat orders over $50 qualify for the same volume discount as the first order, provided they are to be sent to the same address.
Handling
Charges
 All orders under $30 add $5 handling charge. This charge applies regardless of how much you ordered from other divisions.
Sales tax
 Maine residents and pickup customers only pay 5% on all seed. Maine farms and retailers: Please send us a copy of your state resale certificate or farm exemption. Otherwise we must charge sales tax.
There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Maine.
Delivery

UPS/Priority Mail
•Free shipping for seed orders over $30 (items 100-6499).
•We ship via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail; our choice, based on weight.
• We pull and ship orders according to the date we receive them.
• We ship orders as soon as possible, often within one week of receipt, always within two weeks.
• We begin daily shipping of seed orders on Jan. 5.
• If you’d like us to hold your order for a later shipping date, please attach a note to your order form.
• from May to early Oct. we ship once a week, usually Wednesday.
• Missing your shipment? Allow 2-3 weeks from your mailing date, then contact us.
• We do not ship to Canada. Canadian customers must provide a stateside shipping address.

PICKUP Come to our warehouse in Clinton. See the map.
Seeds and Organic Growers Supply pickup peak season: We will send a confirmation postcard with directions and your order number when your order is ready to pick up (within 1-2 weeks of receipt of order). Pick up during regular warehouse hours, Wednesdays and Fridays only through April 20, 9:00-3:00. Sorry, no other weekdays or weekends, except Tree Sale.

Tree Sale pickup: Friday and Saturday, April 27-28 (preorder customers only), and May 4-5 (Public Tree Sale), 9:00-3:00 each day. Order by April 13.
Note: Seeds will be at the Seeds warehouse on the Bellsqueeze Road, not at the new Trees warehouse, down the hill on the Hinkley Road.

Seeds pickup off-peak season: After the Public Tree Sale, Wednesdays only, from 9:00-noon, through September.
Organic Growers Supply pickup off-peak season: After the Public Tree Sale, Wednesdays only, from 9:00-3:00.
Backorders
 are items not available at time of shipment which come in later. Our aim is to minimize them. For more detail, click here.
Substitutions
 We make substitutions (with your permission) for items that are no longer available to us. As with backorders, our aim is to minimize them. For more detail, click here.
Bulk Orders
To order quantities of four or more times the largest size listed here please email seedquality@fedcoseeds.com for availability and price quote. Use a line on the order form for each quoted deal.
Group
Orders
 For details about group ordering online, click here; or mail us all the individual orders from your group along with one payment and one order form as a cover sheet for group totals and shipping address. We will ship individually packaged orders to one address. Group gets volume discount and shipping rates based on the combined total. We recommend making copies of orders before sending them.
