Planting in rich soil or cutting the foliage reduces flower production. More floriferous than perennial (Roman) chamomile. Flower heads ready to gather when petals fall back from center. Try using a blueberry rake to harvest them. Chamomile tea calms nerves and soothes the stomach. Fresh tea is much stronger than what you get in tea bags. ~9,500 seeds/g.
